Our Founders

Andy Yoon, a current student at Gilman School, has been playing piano since he was 6 and has been studying in the Piano Academy of the Peabody Institute. Throughout his career as a pianist, he has made many notable accomplishments

such as performing at the Kennedy Center and Carnegie Hall, while also winning prizes for many regional, national, and international competitions. He is also a member of Maryland’s All State Orchestra as their only pianist, 2023. Besides piano, Andy is also a member of his school’s Concert and Jazz Band, playing both Alto and Tenor saxophone for his school.

 Andrea Dechosa, a student at Linganore High School, began playing violin at age 6 and currently studies with Mr. Vitaly Briskin. She has participated in the 2023 Maryland All State Senior Orchestra, 2023 Frederick All County Orchestra, and the 2022 Maryland All State Junior Orchestra. Andrea has won First Prize in the 2021 Baltimore Symphony Youth Orchestra Concerto Competition (Concert Orchestra). She also won the Grand Prize in the 2020 Frederick Optimist Club Competition. Andrea is a member of the Baltimore Symphony Youth Orchestra. Andrea enjoys basketball and baking. 

Brandon Yoon, a student at Gilman School located in Baltimore Maryland, has a passion for the arts and sports. From the age of 8, Brandon started to learn violin. He has participated in many orchestras both in and out of school. Beyond the strings, Brandon enjoys both the challenges and serenity of golf and wrestling. With an urge of exploration and dedication, Brandon continues to embrace the power of creativity and expression.
